Our main office is located in Coral Gables. The office is a stand alone three story building. The medical clinics are located on the third floor. The second floor is a Medicare approved ambulatory surgical center. The office is equipped with the latest technological advancements in eye care.
Our Facilities
Our state of the art facilities are equipped to provide specialized diagnostic and treatment services. Our doctors have privileges at the leading health institutions in South Florida.
Office Hours & Appointments
Aran Eye Associates is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekends and after hours for emergencies only.
We respect your time and we make every effort to remain on schedule. If you're unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately.
Billing & Insurance Information
For our patients’ convenience we participate with Medicare and most managed care plans. Please always bring your insurance card with you for all doctors’ appointments along with your referral form if your insurance requires one. The co-payment required by your insurance will be collected on the day of your appointment.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check and MasterCard Payment for services rendered. Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit unless other payment arrangements are agreed on with the finance department prior to your appointment.
No one should go without necessary medical care. If you should have any financial concerns, please discuss them with us. Our financial Service Office can be reached at (305) 569-0325.
